Terms & Conditions

1. Order & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after receiving 50% advance payment.
• Balance 50% must be paid before dispatch.
• No production will begin without advance confirmation.

2. Production & Delivery Time

• All bags are custom-made.
• Standard delivery time: 45 to 60 working days from order confirmation.
• Felt fabric used in our bags requires 4–5 hours of natural drying time, which is included in the production timeline.

3. Product Details

• Slight color or texture variation may occur due to handmade felt material.
• Images shown are for reference only — final product may differ slightly.

4. Shipping

• Goods are shipped via trusted courier/logistics partners.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by transport, courier, or customs.
• Import taxes or duties (if any) must be paid by the buyer.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• No returns or cancellations are accepted once production begins.
• Damages or issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods with photos or videos.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes will be handled under the Surat, Gujarat (India) legal jurisdiction.
